Jack in the Box

This place makes great food despite other reviews. They usually make the food fresh which is great. Don’t listen to reviews because they keep this place very tidy and bathrooms are not nasty whatsoever… This is a perfectly fine place to eat and come here frequently before school.

Walked into the store to order a milk shake at 4 pm. There was only one person ahead of me. The cashier took my order seems pretty grumpy for no reason (I was pretty courteous). She took my order and walked away. I waited for 10 minutes and ask a worker walking by, and seemed confused. Then she start working on the order. Of course, she has to do the order before me.
15 minutes for a milkshake and not being apologetic is unacceptable. This place needs better management.

Jack in the Box is some of the worst fast food around, but it’s a semi-​large chain, so by this point you already have an opinion on this, and my review isn’t going to change that.
I’m writing this because this particular JITB is awful. I would give them a 2 or 3 normally, just for how disappointed I am every time I need a quick, late night burger fix. But this joint seems to make it a hobby to employ folks I can’t understand. This isn’t a racial thing, it’s a «cashier doesn’t speak enough English to get my order right» thing.
The bathrooms were disgusting. Urine everywhere, no paper towels. It looked like somebody took a mop and just threw it against the ceiling a few times. Gross.
There’s a Burger King a block down. Save yourself the trouble.

Just another Jack in the Box, a variety of regular bugers, breakfast sandwiches, fries, snacks, shakes, smoothies, dessert.
Jack in the Box is different, because every time I visit one, I wait really long for ‘fast food’ I think its more fresh than other fast food joints I hit up. Fries and food are usually hot, its only rare I ever get something thats not up to par. Overall, my husband loves this place and I go for the jalapeño poppers and curly fries!
