Super old, well-​renovated building. Perfect location. Great price. The inside of the apartments are a good size! All have a little balcony w a great view. Some have newer, very nice kitchens, while others haven’t been updated but are still nice. A few friends live there and their rent is average — you would probably want to share the cost w someone, I.e. get a roommate. No dogs or cats allowed.
In short, the best part about these apartments is the location, the nostalgic and historic vibe, the people, and the price (when compared to other apartments in the area of the size).
