This store is terrible. I have been there twice and was thoroughly disappointed both times. Their selection is small, their prices are very high and they customer service is nonexistent. I will not be going back.

I have to wholeheartedly agree with previous reviews regarding the terrible customer service. The store had all of 3 customers, including myself, when I visited. Not one of them was greeted by the 2 employees, who spent the entirety of my visit talking to each other behind the counter. I believe when I checked out I may have gotten a total of 2 words out of one of them.
Usually not a big deal to me. I generally avoid over-​chatty and pushy sales people, but I think hobby shops are a bit different– one of the main reasons to visit a shop and not order (much cheaper) online is to share your hobby with people of similar interest. Otherwise, you might as well go to Michael’s.
I was also disappointed in the selection of gemstone strands. They had a fair amount of separated gemstone beads, but really not many strands, with the exception of chip strands. Guess I won’t be going back there. Pretty disappointing.

i like this place. the selection of beads and wire was pretty extensive, though a tad pricey. they had some neat pieces to look at and offer classes too. the sales girl was super helpful and answered all my questions and told me how to do certain techniques and gave me free instructional handouts. i will go back for my next project.
