The only place I’ll go for a massage. It’s a comfortable atmosphere, and you can get an appointment very easily by just simply going on line and scheduling without needing to enter your credit card info which is very convenient. Well worth the money! Five stars no hesitation.

Very nice quiet, comfortable space. Tatiana is warm and inviting, really listened to my issues and spent time making sure to work on the problem areas and release the tension in sore shoulder muscles. Loved the space, massage and convenience of the office. If I ever find the time in my busy schedule, I will definitely go here for another great massage!

We were traveling from Bar Harbor to Portland and found out that my husband had to do some work so I looked for a place to get a massage. I found Maine Bodyworks online and was able to easily book and appointment online. Tatiana was a fantastic massage therapist. She made to sure find out the areas that were bothering me most and tailored the session to address those issues. It was a clean and comfortable place that was conveniently located downtown. If I’m ever back in Portland I’ll return!

Guy & Tatiana do great work in a warm and inviting space which is conveniently located in Portland’s Old Port. Tatiana did my first ever Ashiatsu massage — on a HEATED table — and it was amazing! I highly recommend this place.

The only thing stopping a 5th star, I’ve never rated anything that high cause I’m always searching for «more & better»!!
That being said I get regular and frequent massage! Tatiana was my first Ashiatsu massage. Hands down most therapeutic massage without the traditional soreness of deep tissue! Already made next appointment and highly recommend her and Maine Bodyworks!!!

If you are looking for an amazing experience in Thai and deep tissue massages, Guy and Tatiana are the perfect choices. Both are well educated in posture, body alignment, and technique to give you the best opportunity for healing your body. My husband and I live part time in Maine and part time in California and have experienced some of the best. I am also a retired physical therapist and have really appreciated their professionalism. We have been working with them for many weeks and are truly grateful for their work. Great energy, smiles, and warm welcomes.
