I see, why they don’t gave, many stars, this, am I stopped for a, we’ll cooked hass, brown and a diet, coke the crew they have this am have, to be dumb as a stump the GM should be so happy with the help the hash brown took 7 minutes to get to me the excuse well we have to put it down twice all other, McDonald take one already cooked and re cook kinda makes, you feel you are, being punished for ordering it that way

My husband and I took our six grand children to this restaurant for lunch last weekend. It was the dirtiest, most run down McDonald’s we have ever experienced. They messed up part of our order which we did not even bother to try to have them fix as we just wanted to eat and get out of there! We wanted to bathe the kids with hand sanitizer after leaving. We will never go back!

they get 0 stars from me. I ordered 2 sweet chili chicken raps and when I got home they where not sweet chili, instead they put ranch on it. when I took my food back they started out by saying sorry sir but we are no longer selling raps because it’s after midnight. I explained what was going on and they told me to park and they would go ahead and make it. a few min later a worker came out and told me they are sorry but they have been out of sweet chili for the raps for a while, at this point I asked for my money back. the worker told me to pull into the drive threw and they would reimburse me. I decided to set a timer from that point and it took 26min 21sec for them to finely give me back my $ 8. this is not the first time I have had problems with this place but it will be the last time.

I was here with my boyfriend, and this place has the rudest customer service among all those McDonald’s locations that I’ve been to. The coupon scanner they have (like those you usually see at Starbucks) wouldn’t scan my boyfriend’s phone correctly, so he lifted the scanner up a little bit, but he got yelled at by this cashier like, «DON’T TOUCH IT!!!» He was completely shocked, and the manager didn’t even care about what happened. I would never come back here again. Worst experience ever! :(

I tried to order the 15 $ Seahawks box, but when I asked for it at the window the service acted like they didn’t know what it was even though it is advertised on the menu. Also, I asked for a water and they gave me a kids cup. A kids sized cup when it is 95 degrees outside.
Overall, the service was crappy and about what you would expect from a total one-​star location like this. Also, they are sauce nazis.

Went through the drive through, service was ok but not the fastest I have seen from a McD’s.

It is your typical McDonald’s. Service was friendly/​pleasant. Tables were clean. Bathroom was clean, but it was like stepping into a walk-​in freezer.

Props to the curly red head who checked my ID like everyone is supposed to since my card says see ID! However to the young thing at the food window… I spent money at McDonald’s and when I ask nicely for an ice water… It’s sad and lazy to give me ice water in a kid size drink cup! I’m leaving somewhere and I bought food. That drink lasted 30 seconds!
This location has its ups and downs on service but mostly consistent. I’m a made preggo woman though for the water thing! Such bullshit! If I went in they would have charged for a big cup but a child size for a pregnant adult in the drive through is stupid!
