The last thing anyone wants to do is to have to «dive-​in» to mold inspections and issues. But we did and we were fortunate to have been referred to Mold Inspection Sciences. The inspector was thorough in explaining all aspects of his inspections and related information. We felt the inspector to be competent and trustworthy.
Additionally, the customer service rep was helpful and friendly when we had to make changes to the reservation a couple days in advance of the service.
We our huge fans of great service and highly recommend Mold Inspection Sciences.

I had them come in to test for mold in my son’s room this past spring and I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism. The owner responded quickly to all of my questions and had me booked for an inspection within the week. My only disappointment was that they don’t include the control air sample in their base price but it has to happen to know what is happening in doors. They have very upfront pricing but I’d rather pay $ 370 and know it’s included than the $ 265+$ 105. Honestly, that’s a nit picky thing because it was worth every dollar. If you are concerned I’d call them right away.

We have a big house so we didn’t want to do all areas but they came up with a plan that would keep costs reasonable and cover the areas we knew to be the real potential problem zones. Every step was explained well and I asked a ton of questions which were answered in detail. Also the report we got after we sent in samples was very clear and helped me to put my mind at ease. The rep was a good guy, not in a rush so we talked at length while the tests were running and I followed him around for most of the inspection which was kind of fun, I learned a lot and I’m now resting assured that we don’t have sneaky mold issues around the house.
