IF I COULDGIVEIT A NEGATIVE10STARS I WOULDSO1STARWILLHAVETODO. First, I get there from airport to check in, and the door is locked and nobody answers the door at 3 pm at check in time. Finally after countless buzzing and pounding the door, the front desk lady answers and is beyond FUCKING rude! Smelled like she was smoking crack. Get my key and room still has beer, liquor bottle, condom, left over food and bed unmade like someone just left! Also saw bed bugs on the sheets. I immediately complain and front desk lady tells me I did it and tell the manager. He finally shows up says it my fault. I couldn’t get my money back for it because he said after it was swiped no refunds! Even though I didn’t say in that room for 2 minutes. I HIGHLYRECOMMEND, DONOTEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVEREVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER in your FUCKINGLIFE, and I am not even joking, come to this hotel.

The staff was unbelievably rude to me. We booked the first night-and the woman told us we could let her know in the morning if we would be staying another night. I went over in the morning to let them know. A different woman brusquely told me I could come back later. I told her I had some morning errands-and my husband who was sick would still be there-but I would clear it up when I got back. I got back and it was still early-so I got in the bath. Apparently she called when I was in the bath as my husband told me when I got out. I needed to put on clothes and get ready before I could get back to the office and finish sorting things out. The phone rang again-and she was absolutely horrid to me even though I had been there earlier trying to pay. It was only 10 minutes past when check out time would have been.. But I still assumed that maybe they had been burned before-but would feel bad on reflection once I reached the office. No such case. I explained my frustration. No apologies-and rude looks. More rude looks when I checked out and not so much as a, «Have a nice day.»

I stayed in room #2, it has the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever stayed on in a hotel. Clean room, air conditioning, nice staff, WiFi and free parking. The towels are huge, they are closer to bath blankets then towels. Right on the Max line, so there is no need to drive in the horror of Portland traffic. The only negatives I have are the one ply toilet paper, not great water pressure, and the room décor is you trapped in the 90’s. Great room for the price.

A somewhat odd motel. Not very appealing from the outside. The rooms themselves are decent. We got the room with the kitchen and eating area which we only used once. The rooms should be updated. The carpet is old. The mattress also seemed old. It just had an old smell. The price is ok and the family that owns it were ok. Just a weird area. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here.

This place was very sketchy. I had to ring the bell 3 times at office just to check in. The room was very musty smelling and not that clean. The price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. I will not return.

Clean, a block away from a MAX station, inexpensive(around $ 60/night) and free parking! This place has 14 rooms — we had a room with two double beds and a kitchenette. It was not perfect, but it was clean, we had cable tv and internet, and it was in a nice neighborhood right off I5. The room was giant compared to chain hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. I will be staying here again next time I am in Portland!
