Impressive the flowers were delivered on a Sunday, but wilted by Monday. The lilies had tubes which reached the base of the vase but the stems were cut so short, they didn’t reach the water which was refilled at delivery. Freesia was wilted the same as the lilies, I am guessing cut many days ago. All else was inexpensive fill and uninspired. Ferns were hearty and green but that’s all which lives less than 24 hours after delivery.

I called on a Saturday morning and requested a arrangement be made and delivered that afternoon to my friend on her special day since I live out of state and couldn’t attend. The flowers were beautiful and they were delivered on time.

Just called to ask a question about flowers I received for my recent loss. The card was hand written, but didn’t say who it was from and I was hoping to write a thank you. However, the woman on the phone(without ever asking my name) said she couldn’t tell me. I tried to inquire further, but she kept saying«if it doesn’t say in the card, we don’t know.» Yet a person came in(today I might add) purchased the flowers, and filled out the card is there really no way to check? Do they not give receipts? As someone who has worked in the customer service industry her responses were unacceptable and rude. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the flowers are nice.
