Next Step Movers

This is my 3^rd move using college movers and every thing was better than expected. Alec and Andrei moved 60+ boxes of heavy books safely and quickly and also moved my flimsy bookcases without a problem. College movers rates are very resnoble and they take credit cards. They also got back to my e mails quickly

I was referred to Next Step while I was driving my Uhaul from idaho. They were able to make arrangements, within 4 hours of contact, to move my truck belongings into a downtown Portland apartment on a Friday evening! Great service and handled my belongings very well.

These guys were great! They moved a piano for my workplace that was in precarious condition. They took really good care of the piano, took the time to position it, and were very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend their services!

Wow, were these guys fantastic (and affordable!). I called Next Step Movers on a recommendation from a friend, and am so glad I did. Brian (business owner) promptly called me back and was friendly and professional. Brian and Mike made quick work of my house full of boxes, and were very careful with a couple pieces of precarious antiques. They were VERY fast and efficient — moving my house into an apartment on the 4^th floor of a building. They took a couple things apart to load them and put them back together when we got to the final destination. I really can’t say enough about them. I have never used movers before, and this was a great experience and it didn’t break my bank account. I would highly recommend them!

I’m a little behind here, but, to be fair, I just relocated. I called College Movers to schedule a move for January 2^nd, which is basically New Years Eve, and they hooked me up with Brian and Kai? who told me after the move that they had started their own moving company (Next Step) and College Movers contracts to them when they’re in a bind. Fine by me! They showed up on time with a plenty-​big truck, loaded things without direction, and actually complimented me on my packing abilities, despite me feeling like I had over-​packed some boxes. They also wrapped the nicer furniture and artwork. They were friendly and had boundless energy — I definitely would not have been able to move everything on my own, or even with friends, as quickly as they did. My one issue preventing me from 5 stars is that when I went back to my old place to clean and do a last-​minute check, I discovered they had left an important item of furniture in my old building’s loading area. I get that things happen and I would have discovered the missing piece pretty quickly had I not gone back, but I definitely would have been upset if my property was damaged or went missing. All in all a great experience and I recommend them.
