Interesting reviews. I had placed an order and told it usually takes 2 weeks to process. 4 weeks gone by without receiving an order, so I called and spoke to **** (purposely leaving name out-​manager may contact me for details). It was explained to me in a very defensive manner that an emergency had risen a month ago that stopped all production. I asked why I didn’t at least receive a call? Surprisingly the response was not apologetic, but much more snappy with attitude and responses filled with excuses.
Interesting because the excuses were very similar to the prior post from Kristin J. They had an emergency situation arise a month ago which halted production for over 3 weeks and were short-​handed while trying to hire new people to train. Seems like a trend here since 2010? Well my transaction was in 2014.
I wouldn’t be surprised Tally B’s review below isn’t far from the truth either. Whether this «Darrell» is the manager, and though I never spoke to a «manager», I still felt like I was being treated similar to Tally’s explanation about how she felt with Darrell through my conversation with the person I dealt with.

I agree with the other review. 1 star is too many. I spoke with the owner, Darrell to try and remedy a problem and he quickly said he would not do business with me anymore. I was calm and professional and very disappointed by his quickness to end a relationship. Although he gave me a full refund, I am shocked by their poor customer service and disregard of other people. Sadly, I strongly recommend you do not use this company.

One star is too many! I can’t review the actual product – my labels– because they haven’t been printed yet. They promised me 3 week turn around and 5 weeks later, still no frickin’ labels! I call them weekly for status updates and the sales person says «they’ll be ready by Monday». Then «tomorrow.» etc.
They have a «full payment required for first time customers». Otherwise I would have just cancelled my order at week 3.
When I finally got a proof they had changed the artwork and told me they couldn’t print my design as I had specified. Initially they said they could print it with some minor changes that I agreed to.
Their excuse for all this? That they have a new artist on staff and he/​she is in training. Well yippy!, Then don’t promise your PAYING customers one thing and then deliver another. Oh wait, make that deliver nothing.
They did say it would be faster the next time I reorder. Great!…not.
