Office Depot

I tried to buy a computer. No one could answer any questions. The one salesman kept saying he didn’t know but maybe someone else might then wandered off. They flat out didn’t give a care. I finally left. Is business so great you can blow off a $ 600+ sale? Don’t do business here unless you like to be ignored.

No customer service at all i was in the store for 15 minutes 1 cashier and 4 behind the desk i was not i offered assistance in getting a box of paper, nor was anybody looking to help us.

This office depot is very helpful! I got all the help that I needed. The customer service is amazing! I highly recommend!

We buy the majority of our business supplies here and have never had a bad experience. The staff are always helpful and surprisingly surprisingly seem to know what they are taking about. Also, their staff (specifically Kyle) in the printing department are top notch, very helpful and very responsive. We will continue to go here for our professional and personal office supply needs.

This starts out as a nice standard office supply store.
But then you can take a middle school girl here to get stuff. For example: they have lots of different pens.
They have different color pens
They have different color ink
They have different pocket clips
They have different brands
aparently lots of these pens write very differently
you cant test the pens (thankfully, otherwise I’d still be waiting)
Inthe end we found the correct paptermate branded felt tip fine writing instrument that middle school demands. who knew that it could be so important in a world that so far as I can tell, no one actually uses much paper.
Then it was decided that since the tape refills we have do not fit in the tape dispenser, we needed a new one. OMG — how many different tape dispensers can they have.
They have ones that look like high-​heel shoes
They have ones that look like different high-​heel shoes (and I dont mean just color)
They have disposable
They have 6 packs of tape dispensers (who needs 6??)
They have sand filled desktop types
and finally they had auto-​cutting ones.
We chose auto cutting in a transluscent/​transparent blue. and I hope that the refills we already have at home will fit in it. Otherwise I might need to come back.
Then I got to return my ink cartridge for $ 2 in store credit in a few months and drive home.

Well it’s your typical run of the mill office store. Nothing special here. Just the same old stuff that you find at any other office supply store. The important thing to note is that they have what you need in stock. I dont have to order from a catalog or run all over town. I pop in and get what I need and am on my way. That’s why Office Depot is A-​OKAY!
