Oregon Kidney and Hypertension Clinic

I recently left this clinic even though I really liked my doctor. Over the last three years the front office has routinely forgotten to send in lab orders, after telling me that they have been done. I have sat in the lab for more than an hour waiting for them to call in the order that they had told me was already in. Recently I called to set up an appointment for a specific issue and asked that lab orders be sent in (for kidney patients labs need to be done before appointments). I waited a week, went to my lab, no orders again then I went to appointment anyway and it was with the wrong provider. This was even a situation where I had called and arranged the whole thing. I had faxed them the notes from my PCP visit and been assured that everything was in order. These kinds of things are a big deal when you have arranged child care for visits and do not have that many days off to been with. In addition, my doctor asked me to see a specialist and that the front office would call me and set it up, no call. I do not recommend this office. I have sat in the waiting room and listened to other patients at the front window upset for the same reasons.
