Oregon’s Superior Landscape and Design

I have had multiple different landscaping companies at my house over the years and they all have just been one time jobs I have hired them for because none of them have ever impressed me. The other day I decided to start getting some estimates on getting my front yard a new lawn and my back yard mowed and edged. I had a couple companies come out and estimate the job and they were all over priced and did not show they even cared about their services they were offering to me. When I called Travis with Oregon Superior Landscaping and Design he started off on the phone call that he actually cared about what kind of services that I was asking for. We set up an appointment for an estimate for the job that I was requesting he was right on time and showed up extremely professional and you can see he actually cares about the services he offers. At that point I hired him for the job for that reason along with that his estimate was very reasonable. That following day he already had my yard prepared and ready to go. Today I came home and it was finished and I have to say I am very impressed with the job and there isn’t a single thing that they could’ve done better! I now have them hired to do all my landscaping maintenance per month! So happy that I have found a loyal company to take care of my landscaping needs so that I can spend that time with my family! If anyone is looking for any kind of landscaping work don’t look any further give this company a call they will exceed your expectations!

Warning do not use or hire their services. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. No one deserves to be treated this way. Called Travis for mow and weed services, he said he’d show up Friday at 2pm. Never showed up. Texted me Saturday morning letting me know he’ll stop by to do the job, I told him if he can’t do the job just tell me. He said he could do the job and will be there at 2pm, 3pm, 5pm, and 7pm never showed up. Had me waiting all day for nothing. He texted the following «lol oops». Beware of this company people.

Travis gave us a bid on a terraced retaining wall. The bid was about half the cost of other companies. We went with Travis and the wall turned out beautifully. Travis did a great job for us.

Travis came out to bid our lawn and we decided to use him. We set up a day and time and prepared for him to come out and start the work. The day came for him to start and he didn’t show up on agreed time. I called him and he said he was on his way, after a while still no show so called him again and he said he was almost to our house, basically he kept playing this game that he was on his way on several more calls that I made to him. He eventually turned off his phone.
He wasted my day! He could have simply said he didn’t want to do the job anymore. BEWARE!

I am an out of town landlord. I use this company to cut my lawn in Portland.
I paid them in advance to cut the lawn twice. They cut it once, said it was cut a second time, which it was not. I waited and waited for them to come clean, they never did. The PR management told me it was not cut.
So my advice is not to use them if you are out of town. I had to write them and ask for my money back, they took no inititive and offer no apologies. All the while stating to be a Christian company.
Be careful with this one.
