This is about the office in Portland! They were amazing. Even tho I didn’t name them as my agent they answered all my questions about the 2016 deadline. They were so patient with me and my frazzled brain while explaining everything and gave me tips on how to get ahold of ppl. This was all over the phone. They were so kind!

This pertains to the office in Eugene. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of receiving. Make sure you speak slowly and repeat exactly your desired product or you will be sold what they want to sell you and then take a month to send you back your premium. Great way to separate yourself from your cash for 30 or so days. I will never do business with this company and would recommend that all avoid it as they are extremely inefficient.
