I was recently flipping my house from a rental to putting it on the market. I called Nick and his team came in to take care of all the carpets in the house. They killed it! They looked great and I sold the house 2 days later (thank you housing market of 2015). I wasn’t able to meet them at the property, but managed to prepay with Nick and have someone let the cleaners in. They did the job and promptly left and locked the door behind them — all while calling me to communicate when they started and when they finished. Awesome group and I’d work with them again.

We moved into our new home and had our carpets cleaned by a company that did not do a great job. They left our carpets crunchy! Pacific Steam on the other hand, did a great job of steam cleaning our couch (which we got used and it had a slight smell) and got a cherry cold syrup stain out of our stairs. They are also a green company using BioKleen, and other green cleaning solutions. They did not charge extra for getting the stain out, were here on-​time, quick to clean and fairly inexpensive compared to other cleaners I contacted. We’re definitely going to use them again when we clean our carpets.

Spotless professional service! They showed up right on time, were fast, thorough, and got our carpets looking better than new. They have an uncanny attention to detail, settling for nothing less than perfection, while finishing the job much faster than expected. I highly recommend their services to anyone!
