Papa John’s Pizza

Massive praises for Manager Chris and the team. I placed 2 large orders (16 and 12 pies) for mid-​day and for evening of the following day. I made a mistake placing the 2^nd order. I called the store and Chris happily corrected the error. He also cautioned me that our 11 AM delivery may be a few minutes late due to the early hour. I was able to pass the info on the my staff which they were grateful to know because many of them have a strict 30 minute lunch.
After the 11 AM meeting, we realized we could reduce the size of the order for the evening meeting. Once again, Chris was easy to work with. He was gracious and helped me determine which pies to eliminate while still pleasing our diverse staff.
The delivery driver (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) was fantastic. He was punctual and polite. Together we loaded the pizza and soda onto a cart and wheeled it deep into the building where the meetings were. He brought lots of plates, napkins, and cups, too!
My staff were impressed with the quality of the pizzas, the garlic dipping sauce, and the pepperoncinis. Many of them had never tried Papa John’s before. I think you earned many new customers that day! Thank you and expect us to call on you again!

Drove out here on a rainy Halloween as I am about 2 miles outside of their delivery range after placing the order online. When I arrived, the order had not made it and must have disappeared into the abyss of the internet. It would have been easy for the staff and management to say a quick «sorry» and have me re-​place the order, afterall… it wasn’t their fault and I would have been ok with that. Waiting 15 minutes for some pizzas is not the end of the world and I am a patient guy. After giving the gentleman my order, he informed me the entirety of the order was on the house. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t expecting anything and would have been more than happy with a small discount or a free drink or something. It is pretty rare to see customers taken care of so well, especially with national food chain and due to the fact this location had nothing to do with my internet order snafu. While I was reluctant to drive out on a rainy evening for pizza, especially when there are several other pizza joints closer to my home that will deliver, I will definitely be back. Next time though, I may phone in the order… just in case.

I have used the papa johns for years it has been around for a good amount of time pizza is good it is one of those mainstream places but it’s good

cant beat it. its one of my favorite chains for pizza. the delivery is always perfect, and a fair time. the price is always affordable, and pick up is always cheap! the sauce is good, the cheese is good! its just a solid pizza!

I love how you can collect pizza slices to earn a free pizza.
I have never had a problem with the customer service at this location deliveries quick even carry out is always ready employees are super nice here.
The menu items haven’t changed much over the years but that’s okay the cheese breadsticks are today I for my partner cannot stop eating them he eats more of those and he does a pizza with the garlic butter sauce he loves it.
The pizzas are really good better than Pizza Hut but not reheatable. I would suggest getting Papa John’s when it’s hot and fresh it’s not good cold that was the reason why I gave it four stars.

They always delivery my pizzas fast, but they just delivered my pizza on Super Bowl Sunday and they did it 15 minutes early. Exceptional service.

Very very good pizza. Their love for garlic here has captured my heart. I never thought I’d love a pizza chain more. I’ve tasted hole in the wall pizza joints that top this place, but if I’m comparing this place to other chains, they’re hands down the best.

Papa John’s holds fond memories for me from college, when on Sunday night the cafeteria was closed and we had to find our own dinner, and we often opted for 2 large pizza with a 2 liter of coke for some ridiculously low price of like, $ 10, and would feed 5 of us.
My college dorm days are over, but I still like a pizza bargain, and even though it is not as cheap as in my old college town, it is still a great bargain IF (and only if) you always use coupons (online and in flyers). You can pretty easily get 2 large multiple topping pizzas for $ 20, and they deliver lightening fast (for an extra $ 2.49). AND, I really like their pizza.
They have a great online ordering system too where you can see their whole menu and have access to extra coupons and have your pizza to you in 30 minutes or so. Amazing.
So, when I feel like being extra cheap and not support one of my favorite local pizza establishments, I order from Papa Johns.

Hosting parties is something I do pretty well, if I do say so myself. And any good party has good food. I was excited about throwing a hot pot party but had to rethink my theme because many of my close cousins are pretty picky and not fans of these steaming pots of broth served fondue-​style.
To accommodate some members of my family, I decided to go ahead with the hot pot idea but just order some pizzas. My go-​to place has always been Papa Murphy’s because I love their dough! But the thought of additional work towards baking turned me off. This is why I decided to try Papa John’s after having a few good tastes of them before.
First off, let me just say that the idea of placing your order online is GENIUS! It was really easy and allowed me to surf the web for promos. I ended up ordering 5 large specialty pizzas for the same price of Papa Murphy’s without «taking and baking». The pizza was delivered for only another $ 2.50 more and it arrived hot and on time. The garlic butter that comes with every pie is absolutely heavenly and I got compliments all around. My favorite pizza so far is the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken and will definitely order this again. Which reminds me, the Super Bowl is coming up… PERFECT!
