I have been a very loyal customer of Paul for over 21 years; we joke about how he is the only person that knew me — besides family — before I got sober. I have only had one haircut from someone other than him in the last 21 years; and I have dated women who have owned their own beauty salons! I even went to him and only him when I lived in The Dalles; Paul is always worth the trip; I love the guy, really knows how to manage any hairstyle; from flattop to mullet and everything in between.

Paul has been doing this for 30+ years. He’s been in this space for 22. He is an OLD school barber. No hipster bullshit. The walls are covered with sports memorabilia and lots of memories. He’s a cool old cat who loves to chat. I have taken my son in there a few times and this will be our place. He does a great fade, buzz cut, flat top. He knows his way around a clipper. Check the hours to make sure he is open.

Paul is super cool, his shop has a laid back vibe although Paul is not, in a very good way. The sign in his door I can’t remember verbatim but it basically says «I’ll cut your hair when I feel like it, if I feel like it» which is of course meant to be humorous but gives you an idea what kind of dude Paul is. Oh, and he cuts great hair **including beard trim** all for just $ 10! It’s a helluva a deal and my only regret is that I didn’t find Paul’s whacky shop sooner. I will be a regular.

This guy is nuckin’ futs. He will talk to you about anything (be prepared to talk baseball, however, now that it’s springtime) and everything. He cuts for cheap and you get a great cut! I haven’t been in a while since I’m growing mine out, but I will most likely go for a trim… eventually.
I trust Paul and Paul alone.
