Paul and Greg have been just great over the years. These guys really know what service is. They are fair and trustworthy. Today, in a snowstorm, Greg braved the elements and replaced the control panel on our hot tub. I can’t say enough good things about this firm and their dedication to doing a good job.

Had an issue in Corbett, well over an hour away from them. They were prompt, professional, and did their work very quickly. Their original quote was spot on, and they spotted potential future issues I was not aware of. After explaining options and demonstrating possible failure points they provided a cheap alternative regarding preventative options for my Jacuzzi Spa tub. I WILL do business with them again!

We have had an ongoing problem with our hot tub over heating and PDQ was quick to come out diagnose the issue and fix the problem. Greg was courteous, smart and quick. Paul, the owner, was affable and easy to work with. I chose PDQ Spa Service after calling two other highly rated spa repair companies on Angie’s List: Oregon Hot Tub, whose representative did not have very good phone skills, charged $ 149 for the first 30 minutes of a service call (compared to $ 89 for PDQ) and M & M Spa Repair Company who did not answer either of two phone calls. The service technician arrived at the midpoint of the two hour arrival window, repairing two leaks. After the first half-​hour, the hourly rate was $ 95. Parts totaled $ 67 and labor $ 160 for total of $ 227, but with an Angie’s list discount, the final bill was $ 204.

Trust these guys to save the day! With a broken tub and freezing temps looming they were professional, courteous with a sense of urgency and a work ethic rivals the USPS [rain, snow sleet…].

Courteous, quick and a good price. I love these guys; they’ve serviced my spa twice in the past 18 months. Phone calls quickly returned, and each time the appointment was made within a day or two. The spa tech Greg is sharp and fast; replaced a few parts each time and all was working well. He’s given me all kinds of good info on how to keep it running well. Fair pricing, too.
