I’m giving it a 2 for now. I have called twice and have spoken to 2 different office admins that are so rude! I have no idea what the doctors are like they could be fantastic but I’m considering having my daughter’s info sent to Dornbecher instead. At least the staff their is friendly. If they can’t be bothered to answer any simple questions about the new patient process how could they be bothered to do their jobs properly and actually give good patient care?
