Contacted Jason via Unilocal.He got back to me within 5 minutes, scheduled a time for an estimate, and gave a very reasonable rate. Junk was hauled the next day. What more could you ask for.

Jason and the crew at Pine State were great. I contacted them on a Saturday, he was over within two hours with a bid. Started two days later and did nice work. The communication was also fantastic, they kept me posted on everything. I liked them enough to use them again to haul out 4,000 pounds of concrete– left the area spotless. I would use them again should the need arise.

jason was quick to respond to my request for a quote, but scheduling was a nightmare. lots of waiting around and empty promises. he didn’t show up on the date we’d arranged — he claimed to be out of the country — and his business partner didn’t return my calls.
i can only recommend him to clients who enjoy being dicked around. when you need a job done, try another mover.

This was a great experience. We should have done this sooner! I contacted Jason via email and heard back within an hour or so with a rough estimate. We were even able to schedule an appointment for Sunday afternoon, which was great. We had a small sofa, microwave, car seat, garden tools, broken vacuum cleaner, etc., and we added a lot of extra garbage to the load – at least doubling the volume– but the total remained really close to the estimate. I was surprised by the price because it was way lower than the other estimates I saw online. Jason also came with a sweet dog to play with my kids, and my husband even got to chat about jiu jitsu so overall this just had a friendly non-​business feel. I will definitely spread the word, and not be so slow to get rid of garbage in the future.

Within two hours of calling my junk was removed. I had an old love seat, wood bed frame, and a few odds & ends. They were prompt, friendly, and the price never changed.
Pet friendly as well. I’ll use them again if the need arrives.

I do not know if they are cheap or not but I would say, in my opinion, that their rates are reasonable given how easy and streamlined they make the stressful process of moving junk out of your house.

Jason and his crew saved us a lot of time and stress while we were getting our home ready to sell. We’ve had this old, super heavy piano in our living room that was totally worthless from a playing perspective. We didn’t want to keep it in the move but piano moving services are super expensive. Well, Jason was able to get ours taken out and disposed of quickly and affordably. He was also really up front with us when he had to update his quote (the day before the job was scheduled) and called us to explain why he’d need to increase the quote a little bit. I really appreciated the transparency and thoughtfulness.
Other companies use dollies and lifting apparatus to move pianos, but not Pine State Junk Removal. Jason and his crew got it out with their bare hands, which was also pretty impressive. ;-)

The best experience I’ve had in a usually exhausting process. This isn’t your typical big box, corporate company that doesn’t care. Most other companies I’ve used either damage a lot of property on the way out, or leave a lot of dirt behind, but not this one. This one has a very local, family-​owned business feel (strange to say about a removal company right?). The key here is the customer service; they do it right. When I need them to do a job, it gets done in a timely fashion with no headaches whatsoever. I can rely on them to do it properly, they know what they are doing, and they handle everything with true professional care. Just call them up, Jason is very easy to work with, and they’ve been able to accommodate every request I’ve asked of them thus far.
The pricing is very equitable considering the jobs, and I’ve never had an issue. In and out, quick and quiet. One more thing to touch on that impressed me has been the people who work there, they care about what they do. As I said above, Pine State Junk Removal is the only company I’ve dealt with that when they left I felt like the place was actually cleaned up. It sounds crazy, but it matters a lot that when they leave with whatever junk you have that the empty space is actually clean. It is a real relief. Bottom line: if you want a painless, quick, and quality experience I’d hire these guys.

Jason and his crew did a wonderful job. They communicated proactively and are easy to reach and schedule with. They are very professional and careful with removing your items. I have used them twice and appreciated their level of service both times. They even broke down an Ikea shelf and moved it out for me. I am hoping to have them back for placing some furniture that is being shipped to me. Their pricing is fair and I definitely recommend them.

These guys do great work at a reasonable price. Called them from Craigslist. Found them to be professional and responsive. Arrived at the house with three guys and a massive dump truck. They were polite, professional, fast and thorough.
