I was very happy with Tim McGill’s home inspection of a Lake Oswego home I wanted to purchase. Tim was friendly, prompt, and extremely knowledgable. He was very thorough and took his time carefully inspecting every aspect of the property. Tim located several safety and hazard issues. He reviewed each issue with me on site and explained in simple language why something was an important consideration in deciding whether to purchase the home. His report was detailed but easy to read and contained lots of pictures of the problems so that I could refer back to the report when explaining these issues to contractors. His prices were very reasonable — his services may have saved me tens of thousands of dollars in future repairs. I am giving the highest recommendation possible to Tim McGill of Portland Home Inspect.
