Oh boy, what a neat little shop! Ordered the philly cheese steak special, and it was a treat and a half! I gulped that ‘which down real quick. Leaves me yearning for more! A pleasant surpise

I went and visited this… uhhh…food cart(i guess) shortly after he moved in @ Carts on Foster. I was coldly greeted and treated. After begging information about the chicken wings out of him, I went ahead and ordered a 8 pc, just hoping for something different, new, tasty. I got bummed the second he handed me the styrofoam container and it felt basically empty. The inedible, small, preprocessed, over fried, dry ass,(wings?) Inside were a huge let down. 8 pc. wings? to him I guess 62-bone leg pcs, and 2 drum wings, somehow constitutes a 8 pc wing meal? I mean you could hold all 8 wings in the palm of your hand with no chance of dropping on off the side. I don’t go back to complain, I just don’t ever go back. I am glad he lost the food cart challenge as I would have had to jump if he won. Do not give this donkey your money… he doesn’t care and should just give up.

Been meaning to try some of the carts on Foster and Pressed was the first! Friday night at 9pm and he was the only one open. Tried the Reuben and was not disappointed! Simply done but done VERY well!!! The owner Rob is also a very friendly guy so two thumbs up! Can’t wait to try the others!

I wasn’t super hungry so I asked Rob if he would make me a simple grilled cheese, the taste wasn’t so simple, it was fan-freaking-tastic! It was sourdough bread, 60 day aged Swiss cheese, and smothered with aioli sauce! I wanted a second one it was SO good! I also ordered an apple cider which hit the spot(it’s a few days into fall and a little chilly) and it warmed me right up. The hours are great, open late! The parking is neighborhood street parking and close. I will be back soon, super soon.

Sandwiches here are $ 8 or $ 9. All come with a side of fries. The«Reuben Stunner»($ 9) has been the most popular item. Corned beef(straight from the Midwest) or turkey on rye, with 60-day aged Swiss cheese and Robert’s special sauce(basically his own take on 1000 Island dressing). Sauerkraut is also added if you want it. The wings are $ 6(six wings), $ 8(eight wings), or $ 11(dozen). Three sauces here: medium, hot, and OMG. No, the«OMG» option is not nuclear spicy. It’s a raspberry-serrano-sweet pepper mix that has nice flavor. The«hot» sauce option is vinegar-based with habaneros. I love that the wings were juicy and came clean off the bone. I’d pay more money for larger wings, though. Peanut Butter S’mores. Yes, they exist. You’ll get two of them for $ 5. Marshmallows get torched as you wait. Yes, please. I told Robert about making something a large casserole dish of s’mores. Spicy preferred(required for me). Because it’s genius: Definitely check out this great food cart!

This is one of the new food carts at Carts on Foster. Look for the yellow truck and ask for Rob. They have pressed sandwiches, reubens, fish and chips, and even a PB&J with bacon… that’s right… I said bacon! Oh. and finish it off with a peanut butter cup smore. MMMMMNOMNOM! The guys that work here are really cool and you can tell they love what they are doing!
