I take my kids here for karate and I love it. The classes are varied. They not only learn martial arts moves but they learn things like awareness, timing and distance. They also take breaks and play games that are designed to build on the skills that they have learned in a fun way. Sifu Tom has lots of patience and is a great children’s instructor.

A wonderful school! The teachers are welcoming and all egos are checked at the door. A nice balance of physical and mental training makes this an ideal place for the well-​rounded martial artist. There are a variety of styles offered that cater to varying intensities/​skill levels, and all at reasonable prices.

This school Provides everything you are looking for in martial arts instruction: self defense, tournament fighting, philosophy, physical fitness, and of course it’s main product Self Empowerment. There are several different instructors offering different styles including: Wu Ying Tao, Wing Chun, Kasam Arnis, I Liq Chuan and much more. The instructors are knowledgeable, and give quality instruction. My advice is stop in and check it out, you will not be disappointed.
