Had an excellent interaction with two employees of this store, Alicia and Carlos. I asked if they had a means to charge my laptop from my car cig lighter. They spent at least fifteen minutes doing everything they could think of to help me. This included letting me try something outside in my car. Ultimately bought nothing but promised I would mention the excellent work. Have to assume that the poor interactions noted by others were from other employees…

WOW… I have never had such poor customer service in my life. I went in a the sale associates were arguing with each other and only helping the elderly. After waiting 30 minutes for help and watching people jump in front of me, they finally helped me. I needed something specific and the sales associate kept on telling me that is not what I need. He also refused to sell me the item because he was so caught up in his own opinion. After 10 minutes of waiting for them to resolve technical difficulties, they charged me and I walked out a door that was labeled«exit». It was locked and they scolded me and told me that it was the«fire exit». I told them that they can’t lock the fire exit and all it says is «exit» on the door and it does not specify«fire exit». I was already pretty upset at this point because they kept on arguing with each other and the customers. I just walked out and decided to write something on Unilocal.He also was required to give me a survey that was printed out with my receipt but he took it off and threw it away. I actually like Radioshack but I did not like the rude and all the ‘tude that I got from this store. One more thing… the item that I purchased was perfect and just want I needed.
