My mom thought she needed a new AC unit, so we made an appointment for Revival to come out and give us a quote on a new unit. Ben(from Revival Group) came out this morning from told her that a new unit is not necessary, just a service was required to maintain her current unit. He didn’t try to sell her something that she didn’t need, now that’s pretty amazing. If my mom ends up needing a new AC unit in the future, we are definitely going to call Revival Energy Group. Thanks again, Ben for being helpful and honest!

I called Revival to come look at my Lennox high efficiency gas furnace, which had been leaking water for awhile now. I was installed 2 years prior by Millers One Hour. 1 year ago, on the coldest day of the year, the furnace quit working with«low pressure valve failed open». Millers never showed up that day. We turned the furnace off for a few hours and suddenly it was working again. Robert from Revival came out and showed how Millers didn’t tighten some compression seals on some pipes, which was causing the leak. Robert explained how the colder it gets, the more it will leak, and the internal leaking on the components caused the short circuit last year which disabled the furnace, and that turning it off for a few hours last year allowed it to dry up and continue working. He took it apart, wiped it down, and tightened it. I’m very pleased with the service and will be using Revival in the future.

We requested bids from several companies to weatherize and install a mini-split heat pump in the home we recently purchased in Vancouver, WA. We were so pleased to work with Revival Energy Group, who we found on Clark county’s listing of approved vendors for weatherization rebates, etc. From the first contact, the folks at Revival were responsive and were happy to select them to do the work. The installers are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative folks. The work they did looks absolutely stellar(from my admittedly novice point of view). Both Ronnie and I could not be happier with the service and delivery from Revival, and we wanted to put in a good word for the consideration and thoughtfulness of these professionals. For example, the insulator went out of his way to acquire matching vents for our white awning. The HVAC guy(Kirk? Or Kurt?) provided sufficient instruction on the use of the equipment. Overall we’re really impressed with the neat and clean device installation, the outdoor cabling work and the overall excellent service we received. Thank you so much for working to be best of class, it really shows. We can’t recommend Revival strongly enough!

I thought I would share my email experience with Revival Energy Group. I got their information from the energy trust of Oregon after having an energy audit done on our house. I really can’t speak highly enough about the visit. And although all we have had done with them is an energy audit/estimate done by Ben Fisher(who was knowledgeable and helpful), we will definitely be using them for our attic insulation. Before Ben came over this morning, our water pump was leaking. And since my partner and I are not that handy I just had it draining into a bucket. He looked at it and explained in very thorough detail what needed to be done. Then he noticed that our furnace smelt like gas. I told him it had been like that since we moved in a year ago, and everyone said it was normal. He used his gas detector and found a huge leak! He actually said that he was surprised that it hadn’t blown up yet! He then asked if I had a wrench and proceeded to find the leak and tighten it(which he did not have to do!). I am 5 months pregnant and what a scary thing to bring a new child into. I am so thankful that he found the leak and fixed it for us(when all he was there to do was to give us an estimate). I can’t speak highly enough of his professionalism and knowledge.
