DO NOT SHOP AT STORE. They sell cheap defective merchandise that they do not stand behind. Plus the former employee working there on Saturday December 12^th 2015 was rude and disrespectful and told me to fuck off

I came in for replacement parts for my poor bongs, and the clerk patiently handled my lack of knowledge of standard terms. I wound up exactly what I needed. He even looked all over for the 14 mm down stem I asked for, until he found it. The mess of parts I walked out with cost less than twenty bucks and put three pieces back in action. I’ll definitely be back.

I usually come in here for just rolling papers, but always leave with something else. Their glassware is pretty on point and its a chill environment to take a long look around. Especially when it comes to pieces, its very reasonably priced. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, they’re up on vaping and dabbing which is something I don’t find at some of the other «old school» head shops. And its super conveniently located next to a dispensary on the main street in Kenton. If you’re a NoPo stoner you should stop by.

went into this smoke shop and asked about rolling tobacco. response «oh, that cancer causing stuff? we’re moving away from that» in a sarcastic tone, followed by a lecture about why e-cigs are scientifically proven to be better then cigs and i shouldnt smoke. while i dont disagree that cigs are bad for you and i should probably seek out other options, whats with the attitude?! your a friekin’ smoke shop. you shouldnt be surprised that people come in asking for smokes.
left feeling very anxious and attacked by the guy working. seems like it could have been approached in a much better way. will not return, and wont recommend to others.
gave 2 stars since i guess it could’ve been worse…
