My boyfriend has had sprint for just over a year and loves it, he was eligible to upgrade his phone and add a line, so that’s what we did! I was added to his plan without fuss, except in Verizon’s end when it came to porting my phone. We had a great employee working with us named Tyler and we just wanted to point out that he went above and beyond to help us out and try to give us the best deal possible. We were very pleased and left happy, all thanks to his great customer service and willingness to make his customers happy.

not even worth 1 star! May 23rd request my replacement… was told 7 days. on June 1st I still haven’t received a phone call that my phone was in so I contacted the store. They informed me that my phone was in and that I was on a do not call list so they had no way to reach me. LIE! This is what made me upset as first off I was without a phone 11 days! The day before I was requesting my replacement phone I made an appointment for repair /upgrade for my husband. My husband was running late to which I used their phone to contact him to find out where he was(as my phone was not working). So they could have contacted him to let me know I can come in and get my replacement(since my husband is the main person on the account). I left the house to get my replacement which I did NOT want service from them as on the phone the lady was really snotty and disrespectful. With this said I showed up at the store and was then told that they need to have my old phone before they give me my replacement. OKAYPAUSE. what??? The replacement is my property. it’s part of my insurance and with the manufacturer and not with Sprint… I only requested it to be sent to their office as I wanted help with the activation. Very frustrated I told the ladies(all 4 of them) that I did not want any service from them and one of them loudly then said«ok. bye» So I then left and said I would contact customer service. When I contact customer service they informed me that this store is not Sprint and there is nothing they can do about the service and or my phone besides canceling that phone and ordering me another phone to be sent to my home(pfft another 7 days. not thanks!) My husband then went to the store with my old phone to get my replacement. YES words were said. and the RUDNESS continued and my husband was also asked to leave. with that… the ladies then contacted the cops and my husband would not leave the store without my phone. JOKE! I then had to go back to the store and talked to the cop(who also agreed. JOKE!!) to get my phone. I then had to wait outside why they activated my phone. WELL. they still didn’t complete the activation … So I then went to 122nd(which is the store I should have gone to in the first place) and had then help activate my replacement along with doing the upgrade(that the 181st store also promised to do and NEVERDID for my husband). DONOTGOTOTHISBRANCH! Not worth the stress and excuses!

This place is only worthy of a negative star! Worst customer service ever! The insurance is a joke. If you try to make a claim on your insurance it takes days for a new phone to come in… you are flat out without a phone until it comes in. The new phone arrived with no battery or charger. We had to wait an additional 2 – 3 days for a different one and then that one wouldn’t stay connected to the service. Called customer service only for them to be no help at all. Complete bullshit over a course of two weeks. I finally canceled the service and will go else where. Stay away from this place if you can…
