I sat down in Kelli’s chair not knowing I’d find my new favorite person to come to for a haircut. I visited the evening of Saturday 12÷5÷2015, and came in with hat hair and a mess to take care of. I haven’t found one person who has done a perfect cut since I was in the military, and Kelli will be the first chair I visit a second time in years. And a third…

The worst thing to hear during a haircut is the word «oops».
Trenda slipped while cutting my right sideburn and shaved off basically all of it.
I’m pretty forgiving, so I just said no worries and had her cut the other side just as short. Doesn’t look too bad.
But then, without asking me at all, she gave two quick swipes on my right eyebrow. When I asked her what she’s doing, she said she’s just trimming it because it looks bushy.
What??? Ok, I went with it, and what a mistake. She gave a few careless swipes to the left side, and now my eyebrows are uneven. I didn’t even notice it til I went home.
Drove all the way back and presented it to one of the other ladies working. She did not argue with me that they aren’t uneven, because one side is clearly a lot thinner than the other. She asked if I wanted to let them wax my eyebrows. No, you guys are never touching anything of mine again.
I took my refund and I’m never coming back.

Best haircut I’ve had in a long time! Ask for Kat. She taught me how to properly blow dry my hair and made sure I was using the right product for my type of hair. Plus, she kept me laughing the whole time!

I have been getting my hair cut by KAT and she has been doing a great job at providing a excellent hair cut and actually listening to what I wanted done! Great job and very personable as well!!! I HIGHLY Recommend having KAT do your hair, nails or what ever your beauty needs might be!!!

I have been comíng to this Supercuts for about two years. I love the energy here! The staff is great, and every time I get a new stylist, she puts her own spin on my cut, so it is fresh, never lame. Get some color Ora wax there too. They are so adores, totes amazing too!

I have been a Supercuts customer for 30 years. Every store is a good place to go. If you like the haircuts they all have similar training so you get similar results. This store is convenient to other places I go when in Portland so in recent years I go here. If I am lucky my favorite is on duty. Parking is easy.

I go to Kaitlin at this location, and she is wonderful. She’s peppy and friendly, and she always makes my hair look great (I am a girl with very short hair, so I am super picky about who I trust with it. Her hair cuts have been adorable every time.)
I am moving soon and will be sad to have to find a new hairstylist. I definitely recommend her!

I do not like getting my hair cut, I have scalp problems and it is always embarrassing to go and have someone cut it. Hence the reason my hair and gotten so long. I went in and the stylist was very friendly, She took ten inches off my hair and it looks fantastic. I feel comfortable going back and getting it done whenever I need to. She even packaged up my hair so I could donate it to locks of love. Great place!
