Supercuts

Brought my daughter here because her normal salon was closed. Although the staff was extremely nice and the wait was short… the cut was terrible. I was very specific about what I wanted and the stylist hacked away her hair. It wasn’t what I asked for at all. Will not be coming back.

I could not afford the cost of my usual stylist (who I adore), so out of dire necessity I decided to try Supercuts. It was easy to park, and I was the only client there, so there was no wait. I showed Joy a picture of the hair cut I wanted. And so she did it! Took about 20 minutes. I was happy with the result and the price. What amazes me is that I have been getting compliments everywhere I go. I think it really helped that I had the picture of exactly what I wanted to show her. I am going to go back for color. Am a little nervous, but desperate.

I have brought my daughter here for years with great success. We had them cut off 10 inches to donate to Locks for love. They have also done fun color treatments for my young daughter for the past 4 years. We have seen Brianne and Alex and were really pleased with their work.

I did not have time to go to my regular place and decided it couldn’t be that bad. I was wrong.

I have only ever gotten my hair cut here since I was a little girl the staff is friendly and I can walk there pretty easily but this last experience was… terrible she cut my hair diagonally when I was getting it fixed she literally started laughing I was getting a lot cut off and getting layers touched up so it wasn’t easy for them thee ok with just trims but I will be on the hunt for a new hair cut place.

Standard SuperCuts, the wait was a little longer than some but the place was clean and service friendly, Recommend.

I have been going to this particular location for about two years now. Every stylist has been pleasant, helpful, and great with cutting my hair. I have curly hair, so that can be a bit scary trusting someone. Some people just don’t understand curly hair and can really mess it up.
Nobody has ever pushed me to buy their products. (I do seriously appreciate that). They will politely ask and if you say no, that’s it. I’m quite glad I decided to go there two years ago and will keep going back.
The only thing I would recommend doing for sure is calling ahead. Sometimes they can be very busy. If you call ahead, they can tell you how long the wait is. Then you can have them put your name down for a certain time, if you’d like.

Usually I go to a much more expensive salon but decided to give Supercuts a try. Frankie listened to me, was fun to talk to, and most importantly did an amazing job! Will definitely be going back to her!

I have been getting my haircut at this Supercuts since they opened their doors over 12 years ago. In the past few years there has been a lot of turnover and for the most part I have been happy with the service and hair cut. However, today, I experienced a bad haircut coupled with unbelievably bad customer service. After very calmly stating that she had cut the side of my hair too short I was humiliated and accused me of calling her stupid in front of other customers. She did not even say she was sorry but rather blamed me for not telling her accurate information! I was dumbfounded! She proceeded to humiliate me by asking condensending questions and then not finishing my haircut. I was left with hair all over my face, no shampoo, no offer to stamp my Supercuts card and then she further argued with me at the register. It was a simple case of her providing extremely bad customer service. I will NEVER go back there. They have lost a customer that has provided them $ 1000’s of revenue over the years.
