**This review is for that T-mobile kiosk that’s set up inside Lloyd Center, on the T-mobile website this store is(7749)** When I got there on October 10th2012 at about 8:00pm there was two male sale reps helping customers I thought to myself«alright no big deal, they’re busy» After about 5 minutes of standing in front of their booth, not only was I not even greeted, but I don’t even think either of the two even made eye contact with me. The small booth couldn’t be more like 15 feet long, there was NO way they couldn’t see me.
They could have at least told me «Sorry this could take awhile» or «Hi I’ll help you in a minute», basically anything that would even acknowledge that I am standing there. After patiently standing there for 20 minutes another customer comes by behind me and one of the sale reps ignores me and says to the other customer«Oh hey, you’re back is there something wrong with your phone?» After that I was so fed up that I left the store WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE I have ever experienced in my life I have been a customer of T-Mobile since 1998 and I actually wanted to get a data plan for my phone, but after this experience I might switch to another carrier that hires sales reps that can actually preform basic greetings
