I took my wife and two of my brothers to play on a Sat night. Our ages range from 21 – 27. We will never go back and here’s why, 1. Limited staff — On a Sat night around 4:30 there were only 3 people working. That included what I believe to be Mother, Daughter and Son. 2. Equipment or lack there of — While we were there they only had 10 guns to use. And after a year and a half of being open I expected them to have more. But they didn’t and the ones they did have sucked. They had to be some of the most inexpensive guns you can buy. I know that for 1 of the games my bothers gun didn’t even shoot. They had terrible lag and just felt like they were falling apart. The Masks they were gross! My wife had to ask you a towel so she could clean it a little and almost didn’t play the 3 games we paid for because of this. The mask are used in every game non stop. One kid wears it sweats in it and tosses it back on the shelf. Then next game someone else uses it. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Its nasty. The foam in almost all the masks was damp. Not Sanitary at all!!! 3. No rule enforcement — The group of people playing while we visited were mostly younger kids then us and two other guys that really love this sport and came totally decked out and awesome guns. Good for them. But when Saturdays are semi automatic days only and they let these guys in who were not playing on semi made it very un fun. That coupled with the crappy guns they were renting out made the whole experience a bad one.

This time I was at Tac-Ops for my son’s 16th B-Day! We reserved a party room and 2 ½ hours(5 missions) for $ 170! That is so awesome! All the equipment and pelts are provided!!! Several guys from our church joiined us and sweating smiles were flowing from all! We were never rushed or hassled to get our party done. The staff was still as professional and courteous as the first time I visited.
