We had our carpets cleaned and heating ducts cleaned. They cleaned every duct and the furnace returns. They did not vacuum out the furnace, which I had to do myself, which was a little disappointing.
The carpet cleaning is just for open space. The last company I had moved the small funiture around and got under them. This company does not do that.
I also have a weird brown line around my furniture now on the carpet. The tech’s do not bring any blocks or bags to put under the furniture legs so the customer will have to have those and install after they leave to protect the furniture from bleeding into the wet carpet.
I was willing to pay more for a more in depth job but they were over booked for the day, which might be why I had to do so many of the tasks myself.
They got all the stains out pretty well and did a great job on all the registers. I would rate them as «OK».
It takes around 6 – 8 hours after to get the carpets dried.

We had Terry’s Carpet Care clean two bedroom carpets yesterday, both of which had pretty bad stains from our Chihuahua. We we hoping to just get them a bit cleaner than they were. But we’re totally and delightfully surprised with the results! Our carpet was here when we moved in, and was a nice light grey, and of good quality. We were hoping to get one more year out of them, after putting laminate and new vinyl in the rest of the house.
I would highly recommend Terry’s Carpet Care for your carpet cleaning. I called around, and this company was the most courteous and helpful. Our technician even arrived early! He was pleasant, professional and easy to work with. My husband and I both liked Robert a lot, and plan on doing our carpets a few more times before replacing it. Terry’s was able to give us about three or four more years on these two bedroom carpets. Thank you for that. Don’t waste time anywhere else!!! Call Terry’s Carpet Care, you won’t be sorry!
