We called around for a few quotes before finding Mark. Based on his Unilocal reviews we felt fairly confident in his team, but I was even happier with the service we received! Mark kept in communication during the entire process from quote to installation, he offered detailed ideas on how to make a pad for our hot tub, and his team even went above and beyond by helping us assemble and place a hot tub cover lifter. Our schedule was very tight since our hot tub was going to be delivered sooner than we expected and Mark still made it fit into his schedule. These guys do everything they say they’ll do, and more!

He moved a tub from Eastern Oregon to Portland like a boss! He was helpful, funny and knew his stuff when if comes to hot tubs. He was very accommodating and made sure that I had everything I need.

If you are looking to move a hot tub use these guys. They did it for the best price and do a great job. I called a lot of other hot tub stores and I am glad I went with these guys. They are knowledgable about spas and were able to move my hot tub the same week I called, very fast and personable service!

I am a 1st time spa owner and was very unsure of the whole process. I purchased my spa from Costco (good spa at a good price, just very little bells and whistles) and they only deliver to your driveway. I called The Best Spa Delivery Co and spoke to Mark. From the moment I spoke to him, my concerns about purchasing a spa were put to rest. He guided me on some pitfalls that may happen when purchasing a spa. I had another spa moving co. that I was going to interview, but after a 20 minute conversation w/​Mark, I had no reason to look else where. They were on time, did what they said they were going to do at the price they said they would do it at, and most of all, didn’t damage my spa or home!

Totally satisfied! Mark knows his stuff. his pricing was fair and he goes above and beyond. he is organized and prepared for anything. He is knowledgeable and openly oferred great advice on levelling our ground prior to placing the hot tub. Bonus… He is an all around enjoyable guy. Absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Exceptional job! I called kinda last minute, needing my hot tub moved before our old house was burned down. Mark said he could squeeze me in after another job he had. He said he thought he’d be at my house around 5pm… right at 5, he called to apologize & tell me it would be closer to 6, that the other job had taken longer than he expected. Loved that he called & didn’t leave me stressing that he wasn’t going to make it. So rare to find a contractor that doesn’t just leave you hanging! They did an exceptional job moving our hot tub! So glad we hired them and didn’t attempt to move it ourselves! Would use them again & highly recommend them! Thanks Mark!

Exceptional! I have hired 4 different spa movers in the last 8 years and had mediocre results at best. The last company I hired tried to hold my spa hostage for more money even after the amount had been agreed upon.
This time I called Mark at The Best Spa Delivery Company and exactly as the name implies this is THE BEST SPA DELIVERY COMPANY around by a long shot!
Mark knows his business, is friendly, honest and goes FAR above the call of duty.
I am extremely impressed and would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone!
