The Limited

Cute clothes, I shop here a lot and they always have sales. However the girl that did my return today was so rude and unhelpful. I was returning a sweater I had for 10 days, and it had a huge rip in it. She refused to return it until I insisted that they exchange it for a new one. She then proceeds to lecture me and be super rude and unprofessional. The icing on the cake is that she asked for the coupons back that I had earned for the purchase was a little ridiculous since I had spent over $ 200 and the sweater that I exchanged was only $ 27. Rude rude rude!

After this store refused to take my return (which was within company return policy guidelines) I mailed my return back to the distribution center. Two weeks after it was delivered it still hadn’t been processed. I was just informed by customer service it takes 3 to 4 WEEKS to process returns. This whole experience has been a headache thanks to this location. Absolutely ridiculous.

I used to shop at the limited years ago but over thr last couple years I didnt find much that
style. I went in on Sunday and had a lot of luck, I must say that Tina was amazing. I believe she is the manager, she was fantastic! The pencil skirts I purchased and workblouses are very classy and loo amazing! She helped me for over an hour, I basically updated my entire work wardrobe! I will. definitely be shopping here in a regular basis again!

I have a friend who works at Nieman Marcus and lives a block from fashion row near Irvine, CA. She knows clothes. She recommended The Limited for me to find pants that FIT. I was very excited when I went into the Southcenter store in WA yesterday. I was the only customer in the store. The salesperson ignored me for about 5 minutes until I asked her for help. Her body language showed that she thought it was a bother to help me, even though I told her what my friend said. Another person walked up and said she would help me. I told her what my friend said and that I wanted to get the correct FIT first before I decided on color or anything else. She showed me a couple things, but their selection was tiny. She did not take me to the dressing room but went to help another customer. When I asked her where the dressing room was, she guestured and said, «It’s back there.» I tried on the pants and brought them out. No one said I could shop online and return it to the store. No help was offered. I left and the original person said, «Have a nice day.» It was unreal!!!

The layout is nice, you can see what you are going after from the other side of the store. One thing that was difficult was their sale rack, although I can’t think of any stores that don’t have a disastrous sale rack. Another point, their fitting rooms are next to the sale area, and no one was there attending to the rooms. I ended up trying on the one thing that I purchased, over my clothes, in the hallway outside the fitting rooms. The associates were pleasant, although it would have been wonderful customer service if they were more attentive. Limited clothing, though… can’t beat it, love their style!

Really nice women’s clothing at a reasonable price. No way, you say? That’s the truth about The Limited. I discovered this store a few years ago and it just so happens that this is one of those stores where almost everything they make fits my body perfectly. I realize this won’t be the case for everyone, but it was a rare find for me. I don’t necessarily have an odd body shape, but the clothes they have here just seem to work for me. This is now a must-​stop every time I am in the mall. I buy everything here from high-​end suits for work to jeans and casual shirts for the weekend. They have a great selection of jewelry and also have nice accessories like purses and scarves.
If you find that you like the store and their selection, I would HIGHLY recommend getting their Limited credit card because the rewards and discounts you get are great. I always have some kind of coupon available to use and if you spend enough you get rewards discounts. I know a lot of stores offer cards and rewards plans, but this store really follows through and provides them quite often. I rarely go to the store and pay full price for what I buy. I can’t express enough how much I love this store!
One more thing — they recently remodeled this location and it is much more modern and appealing now.
