Classy and hip atmosphere, delicious menu, fresh ingredients, strong drinks. The Observatory is a perfect place to stop in for a bite to eat and just lounge with friends for a great evening. I love how gorgeous the décor is, with the caramel wood booths and tables and the long and shimmery gold curtains. On our table were beautiful yellow fresh flowers in a vase bottle and candlelight, which added touches of elegance. The menu had so many great options of food and drinks, so I am glad that we came hungry. Oregano fry bread: A warm, crisp and satisfying bread with an herby satisfaction. Loved the basil crème fraîche and tomato purée for dipping. Mussels diabla: cooked perfectly in simmered white wine, garlic, and tomato broth.
