Nothing to WOW about. First thing that I noticed was that burger patty was much smaller than the buns. So instead of WOW, I said WRONG! Quite disappointing! :(

This was a nice place to meet with the in-laws. 3 out of the 4 of us have dietary restrictions. The owner came out and chatted with us about how they accommodate food allergies and sensitivities. They were very happy to make our food even with all of our diet issues. The food was good. Their gluten free buns were good, not rubbery or overly crumbly. This place is a no-frills, build a burger joint with plenty of options to choose from. Their prebuilt burgers are worth a look too.

i AMSTILLLOOKINGFORTHEWOW What a boring burger. Bland, no pow at all. NO bling. Nothing. The worst part? The bun was 2.5 times thicker than the burger. The fries were«OK» but I’ll take Micky D’s over these anytime. Took my family looking for a really wow burger and we were sorely disappointed

Yum! Burgers are flavorful and delicious, with fresh toppings, kind of like homemade. And… the buns will make you say WOW! Tots taste kind of strange… maybe the oil they are cooked in?!

Ordered mine with beef(med), white bun, lettuce, tomato, cheddar, bacon, and garlic aioli and fries. It came correctly done. The portions aren’t as large as Five Guys, but about right for me. Tomato was thick enough to recognize and taste. The garlic aioli was tasty but pretty overpowering. I’ll ask them to go light if I order that again. The bun didn’t quite stay together to the last bite, but at least some of that owes to a nice juicy burger. The fries were tasty even though my order was take out and they had to endure the ride back to the hotel.

A good bun and fixings will never make a thin dry burger patty a «wow» experience. The only thing I said wow about was how much I $$ I spent on the two bites I took. I should have walked in and through my money in the garbage and walked out, because that’s pretty much what i did.

First off this place is way overpriced for what you get. Secondly the burgers are bland. You also don’t get a big enough portions of fries or tots. I find it odd that they feel they have to give so much free food away via social media. Good food and service will bring the people in and not social media gimmicks.

Loved this place and it’s quality. Every time we come here we spend a good 50 bucks. However tonight they appeared to short us on some Tots as they usually give us them on the side but included them in the basket this time. When asking the Manager that we felt we should’ve had a few more she said she couldn’t give us more but would start another order if we wanted to pay for some more. AREYOUKIDDING? ?? Hope you enjoyed our money. If this is how stingy you are going to be over a few tots then you don’t deserve our money. We were clearly shorted. We weren’t being shady. So pathetic.

Over priced burgers that are okay and not wow. Note: I did not build my own burger, I got their original and their ranch hand burgers. The tator tots are no different then ones that come frozen and are deep fried afterwards. For the money I expected more from this establishment.

I came here because a buddy of mine told me the maple bacon cheeseburger was outstanding. I ordered it & it was very good. But I’m REALLY glad I ordered another one with Bacon, avocado, Swiss cheese, fried onion straws, fried mushrooms, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato & pickles. One of the best burgers I’ve had & I’ll be back soon when craving a good burger.

Well I didn’t say, «WOW!» but I did say, «Mmmmmmm…» Loved the«create your own burger» option which consisted of marking your meat and topping choices down on a pad of paper and then just turning it in and paying for your food. It reminded me of a more fast casual version of The Counter. Their sweet potato tater tots were fun, although they could have been a little crispier. The regular fries were actually better than many restaurant fries I’ve had in the past. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the meat was flavorful and juicy. Toppings were fresh and prepared well. Overall, it was no Monsoon Burger, but it did the trick!

Really good burger. I loved that I could pick and choose how I wanted it(similar to how which-wich allows you to customize your sandwich, they let you do your burger the same way!). The green chile was pretty good too for being in the Pac NW. The bacon was amazing, and the garlic parm. fries were even better. This was a great place for sure!

Made my own burger and it was delicious all fresh ingredients served just the way I like! Please try the wow sauce it’s amazing and really good with the homemade fries! Pretty great place and the prices weren’t bad. My only thumbs down was that the menu is a little difficult to understand because there are different options all over the board. One it wasnt a clear division of what’s what. I obviously figured it out pretty quickly but the 2 customers in front of me took a while to look thru all the options. So if you want something special or you know what kind of ingredients you like just built your own! Also it was .50 extra for the wow sauce and it comes in a little cup. I thought that was a little stingy,(and believe me I pay for extra sauce anywhere! Especially the guacamole at Chipotle! ;)) I would have enjoyed a larger cup because it was such great sauce! Go enjoy and thank me later!

Insanely good burger. First off, they know how to lettuce wrap a burger without overwhelming the poor thing. The veggies I added to my burger were fresh and well-prepped and sautéed. The bacon’s saltiness brought out the lettuce’s flavor. The creamy avocado added its magic, as did the sautéed mushrooms and onions. I just stuck to a burger and water – it was plenty. The atmosphere is, of course, fast foodish and a bit loud. I was expecting that – outside seating would be a good, simple addition. I like that the food came out on sturdy café ware plates and silverware. The counter and table service was apt, too. I liked checking off items I wanted on my burger instead of telling the counter person what I wanted – it sped up the process and made for a perfect order. I couldn’t tell that my burger was medium because I had so many toppings on it, and it’s a thin burger. Still, it didn’t matter that it lacked a pink center – it was flavorful and it was exactly what I ordered. I’ll be back.

Wow, it takes so long to order Wow, 10 dollars for burger and fries, small coke. Nothing wow about this burger, falling apart half way through eating, cheap bun. Wow, why did I go here. I could have ate at BK, would have been better.

Review not for burger– tater tots and special wow sauces only They taste exactly like McMenamins’ tots; that’s a great thing! I loved every single piece, dipped in both sauces. The white I find wayyy too salty for my druthers, but the mustardy, relishy yellow tinted sauce: bomb!!! YumEE — - v much like Counter and Fatburger

Don’t put an exclamation point in your name if your food is underwhelming. Despite the many options you can choose from, the burger inevitably turns out looking and tasting like fast food fare. Really disappointing and kind of soggy. Plus the patties are really small. I’m 100 pounds and even I’m hungry after eating an entire one. Wimpy from Popeye would order 20 of these and still need more.

So location wise — i was really happy to find a place i can go to thats close to all of the other airport hotels. However, the food… I don’t know what happened here — the Spicy Turkey Burger was truly not what I was expecting. The Unilocal photos of this burger — others — posted looks great. It looks like a thick, hearty, meaty burger. What I got was about ½ cm thick, literally the slices of jalapeño were thicker. I brought the«burger» up to the counter to ask if this is what it should look like — only to be given a puzzeled answer to …“yes?” Begrudgingly I ate it, as there are not too many options around the airport-way corridor to find something I really like.

Update: 12/20/2015 Reasonable swift and friendly service. If you like mayo like I do, make sure you make a note on your order form that you want extra. The squirt I got wasn’t nearly enough. With two bottles of beer, a small order of tots and no extra costs to out burgers, $ 27 was a bit much for the meal. This was my first time to a WOW Burger. It’s a fresh cooked to order $ 7.50 burger plus any extras you might want that aren’t included in the basic burger. I added blue cheese which was an additional .50 and it was worth it. We saved a few bucks and drank water because we prefer that over soda. Bottled beer was another option. Our fresh cooked to order burgers arrived in a very reasonable time delivered to our table along with our order of tater tots. They have regular and sweet potato tots, the latter are more expensive. All of our burgers were very good and very fresh and we were pleased. Sure, if you don’t pay attention to the order form and overhead menu you could easily end up with a $ 10 or more burger plus drinks and fries or tots. So pay attention. Would I return and do a Wow Burger again? Sure thing.
