Chris and his team are the best. Within two weeks, my house was rented with great tenants. The pictures and description were spot on, and he advertised the property with every online resource available. His response time to questions is amazing — excellent communication skills and clearly on top of things! The people he used to clean up the place, do repairs, and yard work were also outstanding, so I am completely satisfied with having Uptown Properties manage my place. Strongly recommended!
