Wendy’s

This Wendy’s is quite all right. It is located along a rather boring segment of 82^nd Avenue. It has a big parking lot.
I ordered chicken nuggets and fries for two dollars together. It didn’t look disgusting like McDonald’s does. This was a cheap and satisfying treat.
Waiting for the bus is merrier with Wendy’s.

I use to eat here once a week or more. They seem to never get an order correct. Even though they read it back to you the way you ordered it and receipt shows what you ordered. Just don’t receive correct order in drive thru. After 4 times and managers being very unhelpful and blaming you for wrong orders, decided to just give up.

So I walk into the restaurant and there’s a line. So as I’m patiently waiting there’s a lady yelling about her order was wrong, a customer trying to get a chocolate frosty (which they were out of), and three more people waiting in line. The manager is helping the lady with the wrong order explaining that they’re a person short cause someone called in and apologized to her saying there are two new people working today. About 15 minutes later I finally get to the front of the line and order my food. The cashier asks me what drink I want and I get interrupted by the manager (who is still helping the lady with the wrong order), «what are you doing, stop taking in new orders. We’re fifteen orders behind.» The cashier steps away and says I’m sorry to me. The manager is still righting the wrong order and then starts to tell me the same excuses as before. I wait there for about 3 more minutes and the cashier never returned. So I walked out and decided to go elsewhere.
As I left the drive thru line was non-​existent. I see that apparently the drivethru line gets special treatment because when I pulled into my parking spot the line was as long as inside. After this experience, I will not go back to this location.

this is usually my go-​to Wendy’s just because it’s always on the way home from any one of my trips. I love Wendy’s for their 1 dollar spicy chicken nuggets which now is pretty sad since it’s a dollar for only 4… :(Normally my experience with them has always been on point and dependable but tonight I got their new pulled pork cheese fries with spicy sauce (which was great btw), and their spicy chicken nuggets, the regular. I asked for some honey mustard sauce to go with the nuggets and found out when i got home that they never included it in my bag. Pretty disappointed, so I knocked them down one star.

My portabella mushroom hamburger was very good, and very small. (a single) Kids meals were good, and my Wife’s burger was also, good. I paid over $ 25 for my order. «Very expensive, I think, for fast food.

Usually dependable… what is going on? Worst ever! I called about my potato being so overcooked it was brown inside. The manager said «I know». You knew and still put it in my bag? Next time show me and let me decide.

Horrible what was I thinking? I never did get waited on those people in there are so unorganized.

the service sucked, the last two times i’ve gone there it was just awful. First they took 15 mins to give me my 4 dollar order. And that’s only after I asked about it, the girl said «woops its just been sitting here» who knows how long those kids would of let my food sit. The second time I order food and two milkshakes through the drive-​through. The food was good but both me and my roommate found long black hair in the milkshakes. When I called to let the manager know about it and didn’t even ask for a refund. But yet I got called a lier and told that everyone wears hair nets so it couldn’t of came from them. So if you ever find yourself inside this wendy’s and somebody walks in and throws a milkshake at an employee, you know why.
