I love this place — food is good but the service is also excellent. The nicest man named Pedro usually serves me; he often appears to be working alone and has to run around and make the food while serving customers at the register. I know this sounds like a but much, but I honestly feel Pedro really does a great job and he always makes my experience there better. I always make sure to tip extra when is there.
Side note: highly recommend the sour cream and onion wetzel bits!

People there never smile, never enthusiastic at all. I went back because I got a pretzel that wasn’t cooked and really doughy, I asked if I could get one that was cooked and the guy there didn’t even seem like he was paying attention to me and just asked, «you wanna nother one?» Only for him to give me yet another uncooked pretzel, I practically barfed it was so gross. I didn’t even go back after that, not even worth it, especially since they probably would have just given me another uncooked one

Just a little over price.
Cheese dog was a little too salty.
Pretty good service when I went there (I heard a lot of bad comments from a few people though).
