Hong Kong Restaurant

Do not eat here! Terrible food poisoning!
3 of my friends have eaten here at 3 different times, all got sick!!!
How can this place be open & closed so sporadically ??? Why doesn’t the Health Dept check on them?

Food better than expected based on the appearance of the restaurant.
After driving by this restaurant numerous times, we finally decided to order take away. they said they’d call us back when the order was ready, which took about 45 min. We ordered wonton soup, shrimp with lobster sauce, BBQ pork, and chow mein with noodles. When we picked up the food, they packaged it up in a random grocery bag (torn) and another plastic grocery bag. They offered to find another bag but I declined since I took about 5 min for them to find the plastic bag.
The food was pretty decent, not greasy as at all and we could tell it had been made from scratch. The operators are immigrant Chinese as far as we could tell, and they had very limited English skills. this certainly added to the authenticity.

Went looking for Chinese. And well now we need a pizza. $ 50 spent was like gambling we didn’t get anything in return. Very. disappointing,

The food was OK, but I couldn’t eat any of the chicken items because they didn’t use white meat chicken AT ALL. I have a fear of chicken parts and avoid eating ethnic food when I cannot have it with just chicken breast.
Most of the food was simply meh, but I did like the potstickers. They were deep fried and I would have preferred them pan fried, but they were still tasty.
The owner gave me the rest of the bottle of Siracha sauce when I asked to take a bit home. I thought this was VERY cool.
The décor here is old and fairly shabby – the tell-​tale sign of which is exemplified by the magazines on the counter from the 1990’s.
