I called for a cab and the lady that answered the phone said «OK it’ll be about 30 minutes». .. . an HOUR LATER I called back to get an ETA and the man that answered the phone said «I don’t know I just came in». .. It really sucks because there are barely any taxi services that will pick up in Suffolk but I wont be calling this company ever again!!!

Would have loved to use Safeway to get home tonight. They instead decided to arbitrarily cancel my taxi. Tamas with Lyft got us home tonight, and I would recommend Lyft, Über or literally any other alternative to the nonsensical monopoly that is Safeway in Portsmouth.

I called for a cab and was informed it would be twenty minutes for it’s arrival. Twenty-​three minutes later I called back for an ETA. I heard the woman who answered the phone ask someone «can you pick up in Portsmouth?» There is no way I would have made my departure time at that point. I missed my connecting bus to the Amtrak station. My original call was an hour before departure, and I live less than 10 minutes from the bus station. The way this cab company does business is awful.
