I had to ship a TON of personal items to Florida and have only great things to say about the staff and service I got from these warm people. From the owner on down everyone I had contact with took great care of my things and treated me with respect and kindness. All of my things arrived unharmed and as promised. The men there are warm, professional and kind. I thank them for making sure all of my possessions are here waiting for me as I start my new life. Thanks again and all the best to all of you at the UPS store. You guys are great !!!

My sister in law attempted to ship an expensive family heirloom chair and paid for packaging even though the chair was marginally oversized in November 2014. Chair was ruined by processing equipment. Manager has been totally dishonest and promised the insurance claim for shipping cost and packaging of over $ 700(well below chair value) going on 5 months. Still no check. This man is completely dishonest. Never again through this Store

Totally non professional. Drove 1 hour to use their notary service and ship packages on a Saturday at 1PM. This is a time that they list on their Web site and their door as being open. It was closed. Called on Monday to make, sure that they were open and there was only a answering machine recording. I assume that this branch is closed.

I used their service to have a Dyson recall shipped back to Dyson. After 3 months I get a call, from the this UPS Store(6117) that my Dyson fan is still in their store and it hasn’t been shipped yet. This is just unacceptable. The recall takes 8 – 12 weeks to process, I was planning on having it back already. I would not recommend using this store especially if you have anything that is time sensitive. I spoke to the Owner of this store today and he was very RUDE and all he would say is it has been shipped. When I asked if they expedited the shipping he said«NO it will be there in three business days»(Once again remember this was three months later) and if I had any other questions to call their corporate headquarters. These guys should really get jobs somewhere else as their customer service stinks and they hire incompetent people.
