I wasn’t sure that I wanted to use Unilocal for something this serious but I have to tell as many people as I can. Please please do not take anyone that you love to this place. My Mom was here for three years and due to circumstances we were not able to move her. She was horribly treated and neglected. The staff was mean and abusive to her. They didn’t take care of basic medical needs and never treated her with dignity or respect. She was in and out of the hospital because of their incompetence until finally her body gave out. They show no compassion to any residents. They force them into wheelchairs and park them in the hallway while they all socialize and ignore them. The food is awful. The place is dirty and smells. I could go on but it’s just too sad and depressing. I just can’t emphasize enough do not send anyone here. I couldn’t post without a star so I had to choose one but it should be minus stars.
