Just built a detached two car garage and needed two electric lifters installed. The sales process was easy and fast. They took a credit card over the phone and were onsite in 2 days! Did an excellent job and explained everything very well. Install was clean and good quality. To be expected as they are the largest installer in the area. You see their trucks everywhere.

Our door was badly in need of service when the guy from Dutchess Overhead Doors came by and within an hour had replaced both pulleys and put in new wire to get the door opening smoothly again. He also put in some extra reinforcement on the door for no cost. Really good service and very reasonable pricing, thanks!
