A solid 3-​star review is my standard for most chains, this one included. GameStop is GameStop. Everyone knows it’s probably best to sell your used games online because you’re not going to get a whole lot for them here. However — thanks to those who do turn their games in here — the used game selection is excellent, as it covers all sorts of platforms. That is all.

I put a hold on an item in the store, but I guess whoever was there didn’t inform me they no longer have it at this location. They didn’t put a hold on the item so some other customer bought it before I could. That is some shitty customer service right there.
