This is the only place to go for quality shoe repair. The tip came off of my heel. Mark repaired it on the spot. He does quality work and knows his shoes. This is the only place I will go from now on. I agree with the other reviewers, this is the ONLY place to go for your shoe repairs.

Mark did a tremendous job on resoling my Johnston & Murphy’s. I knew I was in good hands because he has an amazing charm and is clearly the area’s expert. Its an odd location and an unusual store front compared to what we’re used to, but it’s so worth it. Don’t go anywhere else!

I’ve probably told you to go to «my shoe guy» if you’ve ever mentioned to me a footwear woe. This is him and he’s the best. I’ve been bringing my shoes here for over a year now and I’m so happy I found this guy. He’s fixed broken heels, straps, buckles, hats. He’s cleaned and fixed a pair if faux suede/fabric shoes that I was sure were goners. Right now he’s resizing a pair of leather boots for me that are too narrow. I didn’t even know that was a thing that someone could do until I asked! If you bring him your pumps just before it wears down to the little nail in the stiletto(you pumps wearers know what I’m talking about) he’ll replace it and fix it up for you $ 9, last I checked. It’s a little more if you’ve waited too long and damaged more of the heel. I’ve saved so much money having him fix my work shoes that I wear down faster than I can possibly afford to replace them. He does everything himself, so you have to give him some time to work, but it is well worth it and very affordable.

I was on vacation when my sandal fell apart and I pulled this shop up on my phone. I’m so glad I chose this one! It was around closing time on a Saturday evening and the very nice owner, Mark, chose to fix my shoe then instead of having me come back. Expert repair and service from a very nice shop owner. I highly recommend going there!
