Centennial Park

Centennial Park was opened as part of the year long Poulsbo centennial celebration (duh) on October 28, 2008. There is not a whole lot there at the moment but lawn and a very interesting sculpture that was done by local artists.
There is a master plan for the park that includes benches and parking along with other «park like» features. This will be a nice place to come to after hitting the farmers market that is just across the street.
I applaud the forward thinking of the city leaders to continue to invest in areas that will pay huge dividends to the quality of life for us Poulsbonians (I just made that up). I hope our little town stays a best kept secret (oops)
