Awful customer service. Clerk talked down to me like I was an idiot.
Take some lessons on how to treat people and try not to be a total snob. Was already having a bad day. This just made it worse.

Really aggravating experience. It was my second time there. The first time was fine, exactly what I asked for. «Trimmed up on just the sides and on the neck». Today though was extremely frustrating, Kyrah cut my hair. I asked for the same thing and gave some details on what I was looking for. She understood none it and also missed the part of «just the sides». I’d go into the details but there’s no point.
For guys at least: Maybe a decent stop for a quick buzz cut when you don’t have clippers. Anything else, don’t bother because it was very clear that she just didn’t care.

I second the first reviewer’s thoughts about Haley. Even though I had an unusual request (I wanted I keep my length but undercut the sides), she listened, she made suggestions and she executed. She asked me if I wanted I make adjustments when she was done. And since the prices here are so low compared to other salons I’ve left less than happy, they get a fifth star.

I had a great experience. Kayle was awesome. First visit I got a cut. Then the next week went back for color. Very happy with the results of both.
