This place values its customers. I didn’t have a pleasant time the first time but the next day, i received a text stating they would fix phone for free. The guy was very nice and explained everything throughly. I appreciate the understanding and would come back. Just wish the first time would of went better.

I had already thought this place was amazing back in November when my tragically shattered iPhone was restored to working order in 30 mins. as promised and for a great price. Because the frame was somewhat bent though, from the original trauma, the screen started to loosen. And, then I dropped it again. The phone sort of exploded into uselessness. I freaked somewhat because it’s used for business. To add to the drama, a business-​related event was going to take me out of civilization for the weekend the very next day. It would ring, but there was no way to answer it.
With five o’clock on a Friday approaching and unanswered voicemails racking up, I reached CFN. I was relieved to see that they were open until 6:00 and Tim, the owner, was there with no one in front of me. The prognosis wasn’t good though: the home button was detached and damaged, and the camera lens connection was damaged as well. I stood there wringing my hands, like a spouse in the operating room as «the doctor» poked and prodded the electronic patient.
I was fully expecting to have the patient declared DOA since CFN I think mostly does only screen replacement. I figured a visit to Verizon was next to plunk down $ 800 for a new phone. However, Tim took a part from this other phone and a part from another and in the end it was solid. But, would it work?
It actually came alive! It works like new and I was saved!
He had some plans for after work and was hoping to close on time so earlier he had called home, but he never made me feel like he was being put out at all. Tim honored the warranty (even though my dropping it didn’t help) and only charged me $ 50 for the extra parts and work. And, he was patiently working on it until 6:50.
Thanks CFN, you saved the day. I am spreading the word… even though that might mean that next time there’s a line ahead of me.

Used CFN to replace my IPhone 5 screen. They did it under 30 minutes. The price was very reasonable and the work was outstanding. They were friendly and made sure everything worked on my phone. I would recommend them to everyone!
