HK Construction

My wife and I decided to add a loft to an area that was just a high ceiling. HK Construction is an A1 5 star contractor. Marc the owner is very detailed, by the book, completely honest and only uses quality products. Every day we knew what they were going to do. I can’t say enough at how great they were. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I had an absolutely terrific experience with this company. We decided that we wanted to add a loft to our home. We got bids from a number of companies. HK wasn’t the absolute cheapest, but they were *very* affordable. And we just got a good feeling from Mark (the owner) and Chad (his site manager).
We’re so glad we went with them. They met all the basics — came in on budget and on time (except for a slight delay that was caused by the city). And the job was top-​notch quality. Everyone we show the loft to assumes it was part of the original home — exactly the reaction we wanted.
But the greatest thing about this company was the people. At the time we had the work done, our son was very young, and overprotective parents that we are, we were worried about the noise and the dust. But they kept everything very clean, and were very respectful of our hours (delaying their start, for instance, until after it was time for him to wake up). And Chad and Mark are real quality family guys who were always so friendly to us and our son, and always so professional and polite on the job. The same goes for everyone else they brought in.
All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and will definitely use this company again for any future construction work.
